Tunisian Culture Builders: A Program to Foster Entrepreneurship and Employability
The Confederation of Tunisian Citizen Enterprises (CONECT) and the organization GAME are launching the Tunisian Culture Builders (TCB) program as part of the SCALE initiative (Sport, Culture, Art & Leadership Entrepreneurship).
Target Audience The program is designed for young Tunisians aged 18-35 who are passionate about sports, culture, leisure, or creative industries. Priority is given to those who are unemployed or seeking professional reconversion and want to start their own project.
Program Structure The TCB program offers a structured support system with multiple components:
- Certified training via LinkedIn Learning
- Intensive entrepreneurship bootcamp
- Hybrid incubation, alternating between in-person and online sessions**
- Personalized mentorship
- Financial support for launching five selected projects
Main Objective The primary goal of this initiative is to enhance the employability of participants, improve their professional visibility, and support them in creating sustainable projects with significant impact.
