Tunisian Solidarity Bank Finances 419 Projects in Kebili, with a Total Investment of 6.4 Million Dinars

Since the beginning of the year and until the end of September, the Tunisian Solidarity Bank (BTS) in Kebili has financed 419 projects, with a total investment of nearly 6.4 million dinars.

According to Chokri Snoussi, Director of the BTS agency in Kebili, the number of financed projects is expected to exceed 600 by the end of 2024. He also highlighted that, over the past three years, the bank has financed an average of over 600 projects per year.

The projects financed by the BTS cover several sectors, with a priority given to expansion and creation initiatives. These financings primarily target the craft, agriculture, and small business sectors.

In terms of supporting businesses, the BTS has set up a dedicated financing line for social and solidarity economy enterprises since 2022. As a result, five enterprises in this sector have been financed in 2024, with a total amount of approximately 479,000 dinars.

The BTS also offers various financing lines, including a working capital fund for crafts and targeted programs, such as "Raidet", which promotes female entrepreneurship.
