National Enterprise Register and Tunis Stock Exchange Sign Partnership Agreement

As part of their shared commitment to promoting and developing the national economy, the National Enterprise Register (RNE), represented by its Director General, Mohamed Adel Chouari, and the Tunis Stock Exchange, represented by Bilel Sahnoun, have concluded a partnership agreement.

Strengthening Information Exchange and Collaboration

This agreement aims to reinforce the exchange of information and data related to enterprises, while exploring avenues of collaboration to encourage companies to fulfill their obligations towards the RNE and the Tunis Stock Exchange, particularly regarding the mandatory registration of share transfers.

Capacity Building and Cooperation

The agreement also provides for the sensitization and training of staff from both institutions on the rules and mechanisms specific to each, in order to enhance their respective skills.

New Perspectives for Cooperation

Finally, this partnership opens up new opportunities for cooperation between the RNE and the Tunis Stock Exchange, with a view to supporting the development of the Tunisian financial market.
