BNA Bank Launches Call for Applications for Minority Shareholder Representative on its Board of Directors
The BNA Bank is launching a call for applications to designate a representative of minority shareholders to sit on its Board of Directors for the period of 2025 to 2027.
Application Requirements
Candidates must submit a complete application file, including:
- A letter of application addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, introducing the candidate and presenting their profile
- A candidate information sheet
- The candidate's resume
- A copy of a valid identification document
- A sworn declaration, certifying that the candidate meets the eligibility criteria
- A recent extract from the judicial record, dated less than 3 months prior to the submission of the application file
Application Deadline
Applications must be submitted no later than June 2, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
