BNA Bank Opens Application for Independent Administrator
The BNA Bank is launching a call for applications to recruit an independent administrator to sit on the Board of Directors and chair the Risk Committee for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 fiscal years. Candidates must meet the criteria defined in the Terms of Reference, available on the BNA's official website (www.bna.tn). The application file must contain 13 mandatory documents and any additional documents deemed necessary by the bank.
Application Submission
Applications can be sent by registered mail, via Rapid-Post, or deposited directly at the BNA headquarters in Tunis, at the Central Order Office, against discharge. The deadline for submission is set for March 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM, with the postmark serving as proof. Each file must be placed in a sealed envelope, labeled with the name of the President of the Board of Directors and bearing the mention: "Do not open - call for applications for the appointment of an independent administrator."
Selection Process
After review, the list of shortlisted candidates will be drawn up by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The final candidate will be appointed by the Board of Directors, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities and the Ordinary General Assembly.
