BIAT Announces Successful Completion of €90 Million Syndicated Financing for Advans Tunisia
The BIAT has successfully completed a syndicated financing of €90 million in favor of Advans Tunisia, a major player in microfinance in Tunisia. This operation, structured and coordinated by the BIAT as the lead arranger, brought together a pool of banks composed of partner banks QNB, ATB, and Amen Bank.
Signing of the Syndicated Loan Agreement
A syndicated loan agreement was signed between the BIAT, Advans Tunisia, and the partner banks during a ceremony held on July 22, 2026, at the BIAT. The €90 million syndicated loan aims to support the development of Advans Tunisia and strengthen its capacity to provide microcredits to customers with limited access to traditional banking services. This financing demonstrates the confidence of the participating banks in the development prospects of Advans Tunisia and the solidity of its economic model.
