Central Bank of Tunisia Launches National Tender for Vehicle Acquisition
The Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT) has launched a national tender for the acquisition of six service vehicles in two independent lots.
Lot 1: Five Sedan Cars
The first lot concerns the purchase of five 5-seat sedan cars with a power of 5 or 6 CV.
Lot 2: One Minivan
The second lot involves the acquisition of one 9-seat minivan with a power of 7 or 8 CV.
Tender Documents
Interested companies can obtain the tender documents free of charge at the following address: Central Bank of Tunisia - Procurement Unit - 25, Rue Hédi Nouira, Tunis or by sending a request by email to boc@bct.gov.tn
Submission Deadline
Interested bidders have until October 21, 2024, at 15:30 to participate in one or both lots. Each bidder can only submit one offer per lot, and any bidder submitting multiple offers for the same lot will be rejected.
Submission Requirements
The submission files must be written in French and include:
Administrative Documents
- The Terms of Reference, dated, initialed on each page, and signed after the mention "read and approved".
- A provisional guarantee, conforming to the model in Annex 4 of the Terms of Reference, with a fixed amount for each lot as follows:
- 4,500 DT for Lot 1
- 2,200 DT for Lot 2
- A sworn declaration from the supplier, signed and dated, attesting that they are not in a state of bankruptcy or judicial recovery, conforming to the model in Annex 3 of the Terms of Reference, or a declaration of admission to the amicable settlement procedure if they are subject to this procedure.
- A valid social security certificate, issued by a social security organization, dated no later than the deadline for submitting bids (original document).
- A copy of the concessionaire's agreement, valid at the deadline for submitting bids.
Technical Envelope "A"
- Three copies of the technical offer, containing the name and commercial logo of the bidder, and including:
- A sworn declaration from the bidder, in Annex 8, concerning after-sales service.
- The technical proposal form, in Annex 6 of the Terms of Reference, duly completed, signed, and stamped.
- Technical documentation (prospectus and brochures) bearing the bidder's stamp.
- A copy of the vehicle model's descriptive notice.
Financial Envelope "B"
- Two copies of the financial offer, containing the name and commercial logo of the bidder, and including:
- The bid form, in Annex 1 of the Terms of Reference, duly completed and signed.
- The price schedule and detailed breakdown, in Annex 2 of the Terms of Reference, duly completed and signed.
The financial offer must be presented in two copies, one original and one copy, and in case of difference or contradiction, the original copy will prevail.
