Central Bank of Tunisia Launches National Call for Tenders for Information System Security Audit

The Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT) is launching a national call for tenders, reference 2024/03, for the execution of an information system security audit mission for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026. The objective is to reinforce the security of the BCT's information system and ensure the protection of sensitive data.

Eligibility Criteria

The call for tenders is addressed to experts and authorized organizations in the field of computer security, in accordance with the regulations in force.

Obtaining the Tender Dossier

Interested parties can obtain the tender dossier by submitting a written request to the BCT's Procurement Unit or by sending an email.

Submission Requirements

Offers must be written in French and include all required administrative documents, such as the solvency certificate, sworn statements, and contractual documents conforming to the specifications published on the National Cybersecurity Agency's (ANCS) website.

Submission Procedure

Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope, without any indication of the bidder's identity, and divided into two distinct parts: one envelope for the technical offer and another for the financial offer.

Deadline for Submission

The deadline for submitting offers is June 28, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Only the postmark of the BCT's mailroom will be considered as proof of receipt. Any envelope deposited or received after this deadline will be automatically rejected.

Validity Period

Bidders are informed that their offers must remain valid for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submitting offers.
