Kromberg & Schubert to Expand Factory in Tunisia, Creating 4,000 New Jobs
On a surface area of 4,200 m², an extension of the Kromberg & Schubert factory is planned for 2025. The German factory, located in Béja, will then be able to accommodate 4,000 new workers.
The factory, which specializes in the production of German automotive cables, intends to expand after conquering new markets and establishing new partnerships with international car dealerships, according to its General Manager Wissam Badri.
Currently, 4,000 employees work at the factory, founded in 2008 and fully export-oriented. Its exports are in demand on all 5 continents, and it has established itself with an unbeatable quality-price ratio, making it one of the largest in its field.
Let's hope that the success story of Kromberg & Schubert will inspire new investors to come and set up in Tunisia, and for other cutting-edge sectors as well, to revitalize the industrial sector in Tunisia.
