Based between Egypt and the UK, the young company has set an ambitious goal: to radically transform the live event experience using artificial intelligence. Launched in London in 2025 by Ahmed Abdalla and Hussein ElBendak, KNOT goes beyond just selling tickets. It has developed an "AI-native" platform designed to solve the industry's major pain points: fraud, lack of visibility into demand, and financial losses caused by the black market.
The Problem
For the founders, the diagnosis is clear: current infrastructure is outdated. After months of field research in Europe and the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region, they identified the same weaknesses everywhere:
- Organizers losing control over their sales
- Tickets being exchanged on secondary platforms without any traceability
- Fans increasingly exposed to scams
The Solution
To take back control, KNOT has developed a smart technological layer. This layer enables the authentication of buyers' identities, strictly frames ticket transfers, and tracks demand in real-time. The result? Fewer leaks to parallel markets and a more direct and transparent relationship between the organizer and their audience.
Early Success
The concept is already convincing: although it has just emerged from its stealth phase, the solution is already supporting over 50 professional clients.
