German Company Knauf Continues Expansion with Third Plant for Gypsum-Based Products in Egypt

German company Knauf is pushing forward with its expansion plans by building a third plant for its gypsum-based products, including plasterboards and metal profiles, in Egypt.

According to Mohamed Abdel Rasool, General Manager of Knauf Egypt, the company is committed to offering high-quality, internationally manufactured products locally, catering to both domestic and foreign markets. The product range includes humidity-resistant plasterboards, ideal for areas prone to high humidity, such as coastal regions.

Knauf also offers a variety of designs for suspended ceilings and metal systems adapted to gypsum walls.

With an investment of €80 million, Knauf Egypt is strengthening its production capacity and employing a 100% local workforce, meeting the needs of engineers and entrepreneurs both locally and internationally.
