Founded in 2019, Tunisian startup Juridoc is addressing a challenge well-known to legal professionals: the slowness and complexity of regulatory monitoring. Behind the project is an atypical profile: Assali Kais, a marketing professional who has designed a unique digital space where laws, case law, and regulatory texts intersect, all powered by artificial intelligence.

How Juridoc AI Works

With Juridoc AI, users can simply formulate questions in natural language, as they would in a conversation, to receive answers supported by identified reference texts. The platform further enriches analysis with synthesis and comparison features.

Together, these tools form a digital legal library where codes, decrees, orders, circulars, official gazettes, and case law are categorized by sector, including:

A 15-Year Journey in Tech

Assali Kais holds a master’s degree in Marketing and Information Technologies from IHEC Carthage. He began his career in 2002 at Equinoxes, joined Edatis as Sales Director in 2005, and held a management position at Proxym from 2015 to 2017.
