Tunisie Clearing Strengthens Governance with Two Independent Administrators

In a continuous effort to improve its governance, in line with other financial sector players, Tunisie Clearing has recently reinforced the independence of its governing bodies. The Board of Directors has co-opted two independent administrators, each bringing expertise in strategic areas.

Jawher Ferjaoui: Independent Administrator and Expert in Information Technology

Jawher Ferjaoui has been appointed as an independent administrator, expert in information technology, and President of the Strategic Development and Technology Committee. A graduate of Sup'Com, Jawher Ferjaoui has a remarkable track record in the field of information technology. He initiated the creation of the first digital medical library in Tunisia and was a mission officer for the Minister of Health, contributing to the reform of health insurance within the Ministry of Social Affairs. He played a key role in setting up the social affairs information system and modernizing the information systems of social security funds, paving the way for the creation of the National Health Insurance Fund (Cnam).

His career includes high-level positions, such as General Director of the National Center for Informatics, Enterprises, Statistics, and Development at the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology. He was also the head of the objective-based management unit (GBO) in charge of the state budget reform project and CEO of the Tunisian Internet Agency and then La Poste Tunisienne.

Lobna Feki: Independent Administrator and Expert in Audit, Control, and Risk Management

Lobna Feki has been appointed as an independent administrator, expert in audit, control, and risk management, and President of the Audit and Risk Committee. She previously held the same role at the International Leasing Company, in addition to her functions as a banking consultant and administrator at QNB.
