Tunisian Investment Landscape in 2025
In 2025, national capital continues to dominate the Tunisian investment landscape, representing 65% of the total declared investments. This significant contribution goes beyond the financial dimension, as it is expected to create 87,334 jobs, reinforcing the role of local capital as a driver of employment and economic stability.
Foreign Investment Participation
Investments with foreign participation also confirm Tunisia's attractiveness to international investors, amounting to 2,922.5 million Tunisian dinars (Mtnd), which is 35% of the total. Although these projects represent a third of the total value, their impact on the labor market is more targeted. They are expected to generate 14,347 jobs, accounting for 14% of all declared jobs for the year.
Balance between Local and International Investment
This distribution highlights a balance between local momentum and international input. Tunisian capital remains the main driver of job creation, while foreign participation complements the economic fabric with projects that are often more capital-intensive or technologically advanced.
