New Initiative to Tackle Environmental Challenges in Tunisia
In a world where environmental challenges are becoming increasingly pressing, the National Agency for the Promotion of Scientific Research (Anpr) is launching a new session of the Mobidoc program, with a focus on the environment.
This program, a key component of the Aresse project funded by the European Union, offers an opportunity for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers to actively contribute to environmental protection in Tunisia, according to a statement from the Ministry of Higher Education.
Mobidoc Green stands out for its collaborative approach, bringing together young researchers, municipalities, businesses, and other socio-economic actors to develop applied research projects that address the country's urgent environmental needs, while strengthening links between academic research and the socio-economic sector.
In this context, the Anpr is launching a survey among PhD students and researchers to better identify priority needs in environmental protection and resource management, offering them the opportunity to submit research project proposals that can have a positive impact on the environment.
The contribution of researchers and PhD students is crucial in this survey, which closes on Friday, June 21, 2024. The form is available via this link.
