Inetum Appoints Hemant Lamba as CEO of Inetum Solutions and Member of the Group's Executive Committee

Reporting directly to Jacques Pommeraud, Chairman and CEO of Inetum, Hemant Lamba's appointment marks a significant step in Inetum's growth and international expansion strategy.
Hemant Lamba's Roadmap: Enhancing Inetum's Value Proposition and Driving Organic and Inorganic Growth
Former Executive Vice President of Infosys and Managing Director of Accenture Technology, Hemant Lamba will oversee all activities of Inetum Solutions, aiming to help clients improve their competitiveness through digital transformation. With 7,000 employees and operational capabilities in proximity centers and offshore excellence centers in Europe, Latin America, North Africa, and India, Hemant will play a crucial role in securing major IT contracts.
With 30 years of experience and a proven track record in leadership roles, Hemant will reinforce Inetum's strategic partnerships with four key editors (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, and ServiceNow), fostering increased collaboration and synergies. He will focus on consolidating Inetum's position as a reference digital provider, particularly in the field of GenAI deployments.
Furthermore, Hemant will support Inetum's ambitious organic and inorganic growth strategy, as illustrated by the recent acquisitions of seven companies, including Nubika in Spain, a certified Salesforce Summit partner.

With this appointment, Inetum will accelerate its international expansion in key markets and consolidate its position as a European leader, leveraging Hemant's expertise acquired in the UK, Europe, and India.

International Experience and Passion for Driving Digital Innovation
Hemant Lamba holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA from the University of Delhi. He has also completed the Global Leadership Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. With over two decades of international experience, Hemant has grown up in Africa, started his career in Asia, and has lived in the UK for over 20 years.
Hemant began his career in Asia at ANZ Bank and later led financial services sales at IBM in the UK. He was appointed Vice President of Banking and Financial Services at Cognizant in 2012. He then became Managing Director, responsible for financial services in the UK at Accenture Technology. In 2017, Hemant joined Infosys as Vice President and Head of Strategic Sales, securing significant contracts worth over $80 billion during his tenure, significantly enhancing the company's performance in Europe.
