The New Edition of Industry Innovation Day to Focus on the Automotive Sector
The new edition of Industry Innovation Day will take place on Wednesday, November 6, and will put the spotlight on the automotive industry. Key players from the Tunisian and international automotive industries, as well as tech providers, will gather for the event.
Organized by the Tunisian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Tunisie) and the Tunisian Automobile Association (TAA), with the support of GIZ Tunisie, national and international experts will come together for a series of conferences to discuss the drivers and technological trends shaping the sector. The event aims to explore the opportunities for Tunisia in the face of ongoing and future transformations.
The automotive industry in Tunisia is a significant sector, with an annual growth rate of 12%, 65% of companies in the sector being entirely export-oriented, and an annual GDP of around 4%. To address the major challenges related to attractiveness and market opening in a constantly evolving ecosystem, Tunisia must adapt and innovate imperatively.
