A Memorable Inauguration Ceremony
The inauguration ceremony of the new branch took place on Monday, October 14, 2024, in the presence of honored guests, partners, and top bank officials. To highlight BTK BANK's futuristic orientation, the official opening was marked by a Hand Scan Launching, led by the President and Vice-President of the bank's Board of Directors, replacing the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony and emphasizing the bank's innovative spirit.
This milestone was followed by a tour of the premises, allowing guests to discover the new concept designed for customer comfort.

In this new branch, carefully designed to reflect a constant pursuit of excellence, customers will find the following features:
- A Digital Lounge: A waiting area equipped with tablets allowing customers to discover products, simulate loans, check exchange rates, and stay up-to-date with bank news. This space will soon be reinforced with the addition of a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence technology, providing instant and personalized support.
- An Express Banking Space: Accessible 24/7, this space enables customers to perform various banking operations autonomously.
- A queue management system called "SMART RDV": Customers can reserve a digital ticket remotely from their phone, optimizing their waiting time.
- A quasi-digital public display

The inauguration of this new branch marks an important step for the bank, extending its network of branches as part of its strategy, with a goal of 86 branches across the Tunisian territory, affirming its transformation dynamic and strengthening its proximity to customers.
