New Premises of Sousse II Court of First Instance and Sousse Cantonal Court Officially Inaugurated
The new premises of the Sousse II Court of First Instance and the Sousse Cantonal Court were officially inaugurated this Friday by the Minister of Justice, Leila Jaffel.
During her visit to the offices, courtrooms, and other spaces, the Minister highlighted the importance of preserving these infrastructure, emphasizing their role in "improving the quality of services offered to litigants".
She also mentioned the efforts undertaken to renovate and modernize judicial buildings in the Sousse governorate. Among the ongoing projects are the rehabilitation of the Sousse Court of First Instance, the Enfidha and Msaken Cantonal Courts, as well as the Sousse Court of Appeal.
The inauguration ceremony took place in the presence of the Governor of Sousse, numerous judicial officials, local jurisdiction agents, and representatives of the Regional Directorate of Justice.
