The Tunisian Tax Authority Launches Tunimpot App
The General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) has launched the Tunimpot application, developed by the Ministry of Finance's Information Technology Center. This application allows users to simulate the calculation of various duties, taxes, and fees according to Tunisian tax legislation.
Tunimpot provides an overview of personal income tax, registration fees, stamp duty, and circulation tax. It covers salaries and wages, pensions, life annuities, property income, agricultural and fishing profits, as well as registration fees for real estate acquisitions and rental contracts. The app also estimates stamp duty for certain administrative services and vignettes.
Updated on February 19, 2024, Tunimpot facilitates the management of tax obligations and helps avoid potential errors.
