Tunisia remains a magnet for foreign investors, with international investments reaching 838.6 million dinars by the end of March 2026. This represents an increase of 18.6% compared to the first quarter of 2025 and a surge of 74.1% compared to the same period in 2024.

The growth in investments is primarily driven by the manufacturing sector, which accounts for 68.5% of international investments made during the first three months of the year. The energy sector comes in second with 22.1%, followed by services (8.5%) and agriculture (0.9%).

Another notable indicator is the tripling of portfolio investments over the past year, reaching 14.2 million dinars. This suggests a renewed interest from investors in the Tunisian market.

In terms of foreign currencies, foreign direct investments reached 244.7 million euros and 263.7 million dollars in the first quarter of 2026.
