HR Expo 2025 Kicks Off: Agility and Multiple Intelligences for Global Performance
The first day of the International Human Resources Expo (HR Expo) kicked off today, February 18, under the auspices of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training. This 2025 edition, themed "Agility and Multiple Intelligences for Global Performance," promises to be a strategic hub for HR innovation in Tunisia and beyond.
At the opening, Faiza Chaabani highlighted the maturity of this expo, now "a reference for media, experts, and professionals." Supported by the Ministry, the event welcomes international delegations from Algeria, Germany, Spain, France, Mauritius, and the United Kingdom, testifying to its growing influence. "This edition is about building a solid network, networking, and business opportunities," she declared.
A notable announcement punctuated her speech: her appointment as Vice President of the International Confederation of Human Resources, a global structure gathering national associations in the sector.
Agility in the Face of Contemporary Challenges
Areff Salauroo, President of the International Federation of HR and CEO of the La Santinelle group, praised the resilience of the event, which has become "a must-attend for professionals seeking to master the art of talent management." Emphasizing the importance of "multiple intelligences" – artificial, emotional, and physical –, he called on leaders to "accept all forms of intelligence to remain competitive." He also highlighted the essential role of forums like HR Expo in sharing best practices and anticipating trends.
Furthermore, he suggested documenting the 18 years of experience of the expo, proposing the creation of a book to capitalize on this knowledge. "Today's challenges won't be solved with yesterday's methods. Agility is about combining theory and practice," he confirmed, saluting the students and young professionals present, "the future builders of HR tomorrow."
The presence of innovative HR startups, recruitment agencies, and digital transformation experts illustrates the diversity of exchange spaces offered. The program includes workshops on AI applied to HR, round tables on inclusion, and mentoring sessions.
