Hichem Bayoudh Appointed Ambassador and Head of the Arab League Delegation in Geneva
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Tunisians Abroad, published on Wednesday evening, June 26, 2024, Hichem Bayoudh has been appointed Ambassador and Head of the Arab League Delegation in Geneva.
The statement highlights that Bayoudh received his credentials as "Ambassador and Head of the Arab League Delegation to the United Nations, its organs and specialized agencies, as well as international organizations based in Geneva (Swiss Confederation)". The handover ceremony took place at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit.
