Google Develops New Artificial Intelligence System "Project Jarvis" to Automate Tasks for Users
According to a report by the technical website "The Information", Google is set to unveil a new artificial intelligence system called "Project Jarvis" in December, which will be based on one of Google's "Gemini" AI models and will function within the Chrome browser.
The goal of Project Jarvis is to simplify users' lives by allowing them to automate online tasks such as searching for information, purchasing products, or booking flights. The system will be able to recognize what is displayed on the screen and perform actions, such as clicking on buttons or entering text, in just a few seconds.
In the face of increasing competition, Google is launching this initiative as other major AI companies, such as Microsoft and Apple, are also working on similar technologies. Microsoft is developing Copilot Vision, which allows users to interact with web page content, while Apple plans to launch a feature that can perform actions across different applications based on displayed information.
Before its large-scale deployment, Google plans to offer an initial version of Project Jarvis to a limited number of users to test the system and fix any potential bugs.
