**GAT Vie Publishes 2024 Financial Statements, Net Profit Reaches 5,125 MTND
The insurance company has released its 2024 financial statements, boasting a net profit of 5,125 MTND. GAT Vie achieved a turnover of 72,354 MTND. Commercial efforts were intensified in 2024, particularly with the production, via the My GAT Business platform, of two conventions for the marketing of the TDI product: one with Taysir Microfinance and the other with QNB. At the collective contracts level, GAT Vie carried out targeted communication actions and recorded a record-breaking Tunisair contract of 12,700 MTND.
The insurer's revenue was supported by a favorable rate context, allowing for the allocation of 27,478 MTND in investment income to the income statement. Commercial development was accompanied by high claims frequency, with net claims of 26,067 MTND. The insurer continues to set aside technical provisions, reaching 310,933 MTND by the end of 2024, and excluding unit-linked contract provisions of 858 MTND. GAT Vie's balance sheet weighs in at 356,003 MTND.**
**Outlook for 2025
The collaboration with Advans Tunisie will give birth to a micro-insurance savings product. Furthermore, during the last quarter of 2024, a new "Bonus Dividend" formula targeting businesses was launched, with new deals worth around 1,000 MTND last year. This is expected to be a hit this year.
**Shareholders' Meeting and Dividend Distribution
Shareholders have been convened to an Ordinary General Meeting on May 30, 2025. The Board of Directors has proposed the distribution of a dividend of 30 TND per share (nominal value of 100 TND) as of July 1, 2025.**
