Tunisia Grants Authorization for Solar Power Production Unit
According to the Official Journal, the Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy has granted authorization to "Nourza Power" company to operate a solar photovoltaic electricity production unit.
Located in Matmata, Gabès Governorate, this unit, with a capacity of 1 megawatt, will sell its entire production exclusively to the Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company (STEG).
This authorization is valid for a period of 20 years, starting from the publication date of this decree, namely June 7, and may be renewed.
