Talan Group Appoints François Sobien as CEO
The international consulting and technology expertise group, Talan, has announced the appointment of François Sobien as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will lead a global entity present in 22 countries across five continents, engaged in a strategic phase of consolidation and accelerated growth.

In his new role, François Sobien will oversee all of the group's activities, from consulting to technology, including data and artificial intelligence. His mission is to strengthen the consistency of Talan's offerings and support the group's evolution in increasingly competitive and innovative markets.
François Sobien's Background and Experience
François Sobien joined Talan in 2024 as CEO of the consulting activities, bringing 28 years of experience in management and technology consulting. His career has led him to work in demanding sectors such as aerospace, defense, transportation, and logistics. A former Partner at McKinsey & Company for over 10 years, he has led over 100 major projects, primarily focused on supply chain and industrial functions. He has also held leadership positions at PwC, following the acquisition of PRTM Management Consultants, and has supported companies from various industries, including consumer goods, luxury, and pharmaceuticals. He began his career at Manugistics and PEA Consulting, where he developed his expertise in operational consulting.

The new CEO has expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him by Talan's founders, Mehdi Houas and Philippe Cassoulat, as well as the support of Karim Saddi and the TowerBrook fund. He will rely on international teams recognized for their strong client culture and innovation capabilities.
