As part of its efforts to encourage foreign investment in Tunisia, the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA-Tunisia) has launched a new service on August 20, providing access to a comprehensive database of available lands and premises across the country.
This service aims to simplify the process of setting up businesses for foreign companies by offering easy access to spaces tailored to their needs.
The database includes information on office spaces exceeding 800 m², industrial premises over 4,000 m², and industrial lands with a surface area of over 30,000 m².
FIPA-Tunisia invites owners of these types of lands and premises to submit their offers, accompanied by the required details, to enrich this database.
It is essential to note that FIPA-Tunisia acts solely as a facilitator by providing this information platform. The final decision regarding the choice of a land or premise remains entirely at the discretion of interested investors.
