Ramadan: The Perfect Opportunity to Enjoy the 41st Edition of the Medina Festival
From March 4 to 28, 2025, the Medina Festival will celebrate its 41st edition, offering a rich program of 28 performances covering a diverse range of musical genres, from Sufi to jazz, including tarab, malouf, oriental, and Tunisian music, as well as a theatrical performance. The shows will take place in iconic locations within the Medina of Tunis, such as Dar Lasrem, the Bir Lahjar Cultural Center, the Tahar Haddad Club, and the Municipal Theater.
Among the artists performing, you'll find Ghalia Benali, Chokri Omar Hannachi, Fayçal Riahi, Raoudha Ben Abdallah, Raouf Maher, Malek Lakhoua, Dorsaf Hemdani, and Abdallah Marish. This edition will pay tribute to the centenary of Mohamed Abdel Wahab's birth with a concert by Fayçal Riahi. The festival will also showcase Tunisian and international artists, with charity performances, including the Kharja Aissaouia, a tribute to Sufi music, as well as Sufi music performances from Nefta and Testour.
