Femmes Fest 2025: A Day of Empowerment and Well-being for Women Entrepreneurs

In the spirit of this quote, Femmes Fest was conceived and organized to provide a unique experience for women entrepreneurs. On Saturday, November 29, 2025, the highly anticipated event took place in an exceptional setting, perfect for relaxation and reflection: the Hacienda Morneg. Nestled in a peaceful environment, this guest house was the ideal location for a breath of fresh air and a genuine break from the daily grind. Organized by Managers Magazine, this flagship event brought together passionate women entrepreneurs for a day of training, reflection, and networking, with well-being at the heart of every moment.
From the welcome, the convivial and relaxed atmosphere set the tone for the day. Participants were invited to share a convivial breakfast, a privileged moment to exchange and forge bonds in a warm and informal atmosphere. This sharing moment allowed each participant to feel at ease and open to new encounters.
After the opening speech, Maroua Ben Ali, founder of Herbeos and expert in Aromatherapy, launched the day with an enriching intervention. Having herself gone through a period of burnout, Maroua shared her healing journey through aromatherapy, highlighting the impact of scents on our well-being and mental health. Her passion for this field was born from her personal experience, and she emphasized the importance of reconnecting with oneself through soothing and healing scents.
The following workshop, led by Myriam Besbes, trainer and professional coach, and Nour Akrout, PNL practitioner and communication trainer, allowed participants to free themselves from the mental burden that often weighs on women entrepreneurs. This collective work session offered concrete tools to manage stress, clarify goals, and find a balance between professional and personal life. A session appreciated by all, which reinforced self-confidence and inner alignment.
A guided meditation session led by Haifa Haouami, biologist, international coach, and professional well-being consultant, allowed each participant to recharge, refocus, and reconnect with their emotions. This break was an opportunity to let go, breathe deeply, and release accumulated tension, leaving the entrepreneurs ready to tackle the rest of the day with renewed energy.
In the afternoon, Rahma Segni, founder and CEO of Rama Wellness, led a dynamic Power Boost session. This interactive moment addressed well-being and performance management, offering participants valuable advice on how to combine professional efficiency and personal fulfillment. Rahma shared concrete strategies for maintaining a harmonious balance between work and well-being, allowing each participant to leave with adapted tools for their daily life.
The day concluded with the "Aligned Leader" pitch, an inspiring sequence where participants answered three fundamental questions about their vision of leadership:
- "I am an aligned leader when..."
- "How do these values live in my project?"
- "What energy do I want to create around me?"
The answers were unanimous: a leadership based on well-being, positivity, love for what one does, kindness, and the strength of the community. These exchanges not only allowed each participant to become aware of their own values but also to refine their vision for the future of their projects.
The 6th edition of Femmes Fest was a resounding success. This day, rich in sharing, discovery, and inspiration, offered women entrepreneurs a moment of rejuvenation and reflection. Thanks to the beauty of the Hacienda Morneg setting, carefully chosen for its peaceful atmosphere, and the commitment of passionate trainers, the event nourished the mind and body of the participants. The latter left the event with renewed energy, ready to embark on new projects with confidence and serenity.
Femmes Fest 2025 thus kept its promise of being a meeting place, support, and development, and this is only a step towards new horizons of inspiration and well-being for the women entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
