10th Edition of Tunisia's Women Entrepreneurs Awards Celebrates Nine Outstanding Women

Yesterday, Monday, February 24, 2025, the 10th edition of the Tunisia Women Entrepreneurs Awards (FET) honored nine women entrepreneurs for their creativity, resilience, and the impact of their projects. Organized by Managers magazine, in collaboration with the European Union Delegation and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, this event brought together influential personalities, including Ministers Asma Jabri (Family, Women, Children, and the Elderly), Fatma Thabet Chiboub (Industry, Mines, and Energy), and Jihene Srioui (Financing and Partnerships at the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training).

Sahar Mechri, Executive Director of Managers, emphasized in her speech that these awards represent a validation of their journey and a source of inspiration for future generations.

Among the winners, Malak Boukthir, founder of Ecofeed, was distinguished as Woman Entrepreneur of Tunisia 2025 for her innovative project transforming crab waste into animal feed. The other awards were given to:

  • Teycyr Chtioui (Chkarty): EU Prize for Inclusivity
  • Hadhami Rjiba (Relead): UIB Prize for Tech Impact
  • Mejda Khaled (Agaruw): BYD Prize for Sustainability
  • Sonia Amiri (Oléa Amiri): CDC Prize for Agribusiness
  • Ibtihel Ben Hadj Mbarek (Herbalya natural care): PGH Prize for Industrial Excellence
  • Asma Daoudi (Lihaf home): MAE Assurances Heritage Prize
  • Imen Bakhti (La Seine): Microcred Prize for Autonomy
  • Fatma Midani (Soul & Planet): Meninx Prize for Marketplaces

In addition to the checks offered by the partners, the winners will benefit from a mentorship program from the Club of Women Entrepreneurs of Tunisia. Thanks to the support of the European Union Delegation, they will also have access to personalized coaching through the Adapt, Greenov'i, Qualitative Growth for Employment (CQE), Insadder, and Tunisia Initiative projects. This event reinforces the dynamic of sorority and highlights women's entrepreneurship as a key driver of economic and social development in Tunisia.
