Traders Investment Managers, as the manager of the FCP VIVEO Nouvelles Introduites mutual fund, hereby informs its shareholders and the public that its Board of Directors, which met on June 25, 2024, has decided to proceed with the anticipated liquidation of the fund. The liquidation is motivated by the failure to achieve the objectives set out in the fund's prospectus.
Filing with the Financial Market Council
In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the Collective Investment Schemes Code, Traders Investment Managers has submitted a dossier to the Financial Market Council for approval of the anticipated dissolution and liquidation of FCP VIVEO Nouvelles Introduites.
Approval by the Financial Market Council
The Financial Market Council's college, which met on September 3, 2024, has approved the anticipated liquidation of FCP VIVEO Nouvelles Introduites.
Effective Date of Liquidation
The effective date of the liquidation is set for September 3, 2024. Consequently, subscription and redemption requests will no longer be accepted as of this date. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 22 of the Collective Investment Schemes Code, Traders Investment Managers will assume the role of liquidator of the fund.
