Aymen Ben Slimane, technology expert and director of Fabtech Africa Expo, highlights that while this event has traditionally been held in the United States, this is the first time it is being organized in Tunisia and Africa. He notes that the difference lies in the fact that the US expo focuses on the heavy construction sector, whereas the Tunisian edition concentrates on Industry 4.0 and technological innovation in the industrial sector. The goal of the event is to showcase Tunisian expertise in development and IT, both in Tunisia and across Africa.
