Essoukna Publishes Q2 2024 Activity Indicators
During the second quarter of 2024, Essoukna's revenue for the first half of the year reached 216 million dinars (Mtnd). This result is primarily due to the delay in completing a project located in El Menzah 9, with a forecasted revenue of 27,000 Mtnd.
The revenue achieved during this period comes from final sales, materialized by contracts signed between Essoukna and its clients. The inventory is evaluated using the completion method, allowing for an accurate estimate of its value.
Regarding sales, the total sales and firm commitments amounted to 5,983 Mtnd as of June 30, 2024. This sum breaks down into 216 Mtnd for realized sales and 5,767 Mtnd for firm commitments.
Furthermore, the company announces that three projects are currently under construction in El Menzah 9, Mannouba, and Nouvelle Médina 3. These projects illustrate the company's continued expansion and dynamism.
