European Funding Opportunity for Entrepreneurs in France
Companies already established in France, including those led by Tunisian entrepreneurs, can seize a new European funding opportunity to create or take over an activity. A new call for projects, "Accompanying the Creation and Takeover of Activities," is open until October 31, 2025, and offers co-financing through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), as part of the 2021-2027 FEDER-FSE+ regional program.
This initiative aims to support the creation of businesses, takeovers, and transmissions, as well as the development of the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) in the Île-de-France region. The following entities are eligible: accompaniment and financing operators, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), incubators, economic cooperation clusters, local authorities, and higher education institutions involved in innovation and entrepreneurship.
Projects submitted can benefit from financial support for various actions, including:
- Accompanying business creation (from the pre-creation phase to three years after)
- Supporting takeovers or transmissions
- Professionalizing accompaniment actors
- Networking project holders
- Providing specific support for SSE structures
The focus is on finding funding, developing new entrepreneurial models, and sharing best practices.
To better prepare their application, interested project holders can participate in four free information and accompaniment workshops, organized on July 8 and 10, 2025. Note that registrations are online.
Applications can be submitted until October 31, 2025, at 5 pm. All eligibility criteria, details of funded actions, and required documents are available on the official website. This is an opportunity worth exploring for anyone looking to strengthen their entrepreneurial project with European support.
