Tunisia and Norway Unite to Boost Entrepreneurship and Innovation
The Tunisian Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training and the Norwegian organization Business Innovation Programs (BIP) have joined forces. On Tuesday, a convention was signed by Minister Lotfi Dhieb and BIP Executive Director Wiggo Slattsveen, marking the beginning of a partnership that will extend until the end of 2025.
This alliance aims to catalyze the development of innovative projects and give a boost to entrepreneurship in Tunisia. According to the official ministry statement, the agreement will focus on encouraging entrepreneurial spirit among young people, particularly those graduating from vocational training centers.
During the signing ceremony, which took place at the ministry's headquarters, Dhieb expressed his enthusiasm for the cooperation with Norway. He highlighted the importance of this convention in promoting entrepreneurship and creating sustainable projects, emphasizing the inclusion of less educated groups.
On the other hand, Slattsveen from BIP reiterated his organization's commitment to strengthening this bilateral cooperation. He affirmed BIP's willingness to ensure the continuity and success of the project.
