Enda Continues its Commitment to Education in Tunisia through Three Key Axes
Enda pursues its engagement in favor of education in Tunisia through three main axes: improving school infrastructure, social and financial education, and financial support to underprivileged families.
Infrastructure Development
Since 2022, over 109 schools have been rehabilitated across 14 governorates, with an investment exceeding 10 billion dinars. In Gafsa, eight establishments have benefited from the project, contributing to reducing school dropout rates.
Social and Financial Education
Launched in 2019, the Aflatoun program integrates social and financial education into school curricula, with over 100 active clubs, 2,500 students, and 350 trained teachers. In parallel, the Tâalim credit line, in place since 2006, has enabled the granting of 621,500 loans totaling 450 million dinars, facilitating access to education for families in difficulty.
Digitalization and Expansion
The second phase of the project, launched in 2023, targets 30 new schools with a focus on digitalization. Enda continues to strengthen access to quality education, fostering the emergence of responsible citizens.
