Enactus Tunisia National Expo 2026: A Celebration of Student Entrepreneurship
National Champions Crowned, Teams Advance to Enactus World Cup 2026
For the fourth consecutive year, Enactus TBS has been crowned National Champion in the Advanced Stage Challenge category at the 17th edition of the Enactus Tunisia National Exposition, held on July 1-2 at the Radisson Blu Convention Center. Enactus Sup'Com took home the national title in the Early Stage Challenge category. These victories have earned the champion teams a spot at the Enactus World Cup 2026 in São Paulo, Brazil, where they will represent Tunisia with the ambition of winning a new world title.
A Successful Event with Precious Partnerships
The 17th edition of the Enactus Tunisia National Expo was organized in partnership with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Tunisie Telecom, and the Groupe Poulina. The event brought together hundreds of students, academics, business leaders, institutional partners, and private sector actors for two days of exchange, competition, and inspiration. The expo confirmed its status as the largest national gathering dedicated to student entrepreneurship with impact.
High-Level Discussions on AI and Innovation
The event kicked off with a high-level debate on the theme "AI: Strategic Opportunity or Emerging Threat?" featuring renowned experts in artificial intelligence and innovation, including:
- Nozha Boujemaa, PhD, Senior AI Advisor, Global VP AI Innovation and Trust Co-Chair of GPAI/OECD
- Jihed Othmani, CFO of Thunders.ai The discussions explored the profound changes induced by AI and highlighted the crucial role that young leaders will play in developing responsible, ethical, and sustainable AI.
Inspiring Moments and Sharing Experiences
The National Expo also featured several highlights dedicated to inspiration and experience sharing. The "Enactus Tunisia Success Story: Alumni Who Succeed!" panel allowed Enactus alumni who have become entrepreneurs to share their journeys and testify to the lasting impact of their Enactus experience on their personal and professional development. Sabrine Chennaoui, founder of MonSapo, also shared her authentic testimony on her journey as a startup founder.
Employability and Speed Hiring Pitch
The employability of young people was also a central theme, thanks to the Speed Hiring Pitch, which created opportunities for students to meet with recruiters from various partner companies.
Competition and Project Presentations
During the event, Enactus teams representing Tunisian universities presented their entrepreneurial projects to a jury composed of business leaders and experts. The various competition phases, from the semi-finals to the grand finale of the Early Stage and Advanced Stage Challenges, highlighted the quality, creativity, and impact of the initiatives developed by students across the country.
Exceptional Participation and Closing Ceremony
The Enactus Tunisia National Expo 2026 was marked by the exceptional participation of Ian Aitken, Chairman of Enactus Global and Enactus Canada, Vice Chair, Pembroke Private Wealth Management, and Ghanem Zrelli, a renowned Tunisian actor, who shared his journey and vision of success. The closing ceremony was honored by the presence of several diplomatic personalities, including His Excellency Jose Maria Arbilla, Ambassador of Argentina to Tunisia, and His Excellency Alexandre Bilodeau, Ambassador of Canada to Tunisia.
