ANETI Launches Elise, a Revolutionary Professional Matching Platform
The National Agency for Employment and Independent Work (ANETI) is set to launch Elise, an innovative professional matching platform, developed in partnership with the World Bank, WCC, and Deloitte.
Launched as part of the Go4Youth project, supported by the European program EU4Youth, this initiative aims to modernize Tunisia's public employment services by facilitating connections between job seekers and recruiters.
Elise is designed to meet the specific needs of Tunisia's labor market. Thanks to its matching algorithm, it enables job seekers to find job offers tailored to their skills, while offering employers an effective way to target qualified profiles.
Inspired by similar solutions successfully used in Europe, Elise makes Tunisia the first African country to adopt this advanced technology.
