Leila Belkhiria Jaber Elected to Executive Bureau of African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Network

During the general elective session of the continental network of women entrepreneurs for the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), Leila Belkhiria Jaber, President of the National Chamber of Women Business Leaders at UTICA, was elected to the first executive bureau of the network, representing the North African region.

It is worth noting that she currently holds the position of Vice President of the COMESA Federation of Women in Business (COMFWB) for the East and Southern Africa market.

It is also noteworthy that Tunisia is fully committed to the AfCFTA trade initiative and is among the main partner countries within the framework of the AfCFTA differential origin certificate system. Since May 2023, over 130 export operations have been carried out under this framework.
