Meeting Held to Prepare Explanatory Circular on Community Enterprises
A meeting was dedicated to preparing an explanatory circular, chaired by the Secretary of State to the Minister of Employment and Vocational Training in charge of private enterprises.
Objective
The working session focused on Decree No. 15 of March 20, 2022, related to the creation of a special legal system for community enterprises.
Goals
The circular aims to:
- Clarify the formulas and methods of application of the provisions contained in the decree and its implementing texts.
- Unify the concepts and procedures related to the creation, management, monitoring, and supervision of community enterprises.
Emphasis
This project emphasizes the clarification of financial provisions and provides all elements for the proper implementation of the decree.
Next Steps
It was agreed at the end of the meeting to intensify efforts and work on a more in-depth examination. The government's presidency will take charge of the explanatory circular as soon as possible, according to the Ministry of Employment.
