General Steps
- Obtaining an Electronic Certificate A certificate issued by TunTrust is required. If you don't have one, you can request it online at https://ecert.tuntrust.tn. Certificates used for online tax declaration remain valid.
- Connection and Preparation Plug in your certificate on your computer and visit the official website at http://cnss.tn. Click on "online declaration of salaries and payment of contributions".
Registration and Company Addition
- Register as a new user or update your account if you have renewed your certificate.
- Click on "add company" and fill out the form.
- You will receive an acknowledgement email within a few minutes.
- Choose the "online declaration and payment" profile (both profiles are mandatory).
Phase 1: Adhesion to the System
- The company will be validated within 24 hours.
- Online validation via electronic signature of the request (optional) or manual method: print, sign, and send the form to the regional CNSS office.
- Once validated, you can choose your online payment method.
Phase 2: Online Declaration of Salaries and Payment
- Declaration Submission Select "Declarations" then "Establish a DS". Enter the declaration via form or import a conforming text file.
- Electronic Signature Go to "DS in progress", click on the lock "sign the declaration" and follow the procedure. Then, sign the summary statement in "Summary statements". This step is mandatory to validate the payment.
- Payment By bank transfer: choose up to 3 accounts to debit. Payment tracking is possible in the "payments" menu (in progress, completed, or rejected).
- Manual Payment After signing, choose "pay at the regional office". Payment can be made by transfer, check, or cash.
Adding Benefit Codes (Exemptions, State Coverage)
Send justifications to the regional CNSS office by email. The company's account will be updated automatically.
