Reminder: Mandatory Electronic Invoicing System for Certain Enterprises
The General Directorate of Taxes reminds all concerned enterprises of their obligation to join the electronic invoicing system.
Scope of Application
This obligation applies to operations carried out for the government, local authorities, public enterprises, and establishments. Specifically, it targets enterprises under the General Directorate of Large Enterprises, as well as transactions involving the sale of medicines and fuels between professionals, excluding retailers.
Urgent Call to Action
The General Directorate of Taxes urges concerned enterprises that have not yet complied with this requirement to finalize the membership procedures with Tunisie TradeNet (TTN) as soon as possible. This is to avoid the sanctions provided for by the Finance Act for 2025.
Reminder: Sanctions Effective as of July 1, 2025
For your information, the sanctions will come into effect on July 1, 2025.
