Temporary Nighttime Traffic Diversion in Tunis
The Regional Directorate of Equipment and Housing in Tunis has announced that a temporary nighttime traffic diversion will be implemented starting from Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 10 pm to 5 am, for one week, at the Republic and Cyrus the Great bridges, for vehicles coming from the south exit of the capital towards the airport.
According to a statement released on Monday, as part of the maintenance work on the bituminous concrete pavement on numbered roads, traffic will also be diverted on the two bridges towards the southern suburbs, starting from Tuesday, May 28, 2024, from 10 pm to 5 am, for one week.
The Regional Directorate of Equipment and Housing in Tunis has called on road users to take secondary roads, exercise caution, reduce their speed, and respect the temporary traffic signs installed for this purpose.
