AFI CEO Reveals Key Information on Upcoming Auctions
The CEO of the Industrial Real Estate Agency (AFI), Kais Mejri, revealed crucial information today on the Expresso show hosted by Wassim Ben Larbi, regarding the upcoming auctions. These auctions, scheduled for June 2024, will feature plots in Charguia, Mghira, Chotrana, and Kalaat El Andalous, strategic locations for industrial development in Tunisia.
During the interview, the CEO highlighted the AFI's financial performance, stating that the agency has tripled its revenue over the past 18 months, with profits increasing nearly ninefold. These impressive figures testify to the growth and resilience of Tunisia's industrial economy under the direction of the AFI.
