State-Owned Real Estate to be Transferred to Public Entities

Several public entities, including the Housing Land Agency (AFH), the Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company (STEG), and the municipalities of Gafsa and Kébili, will receive state-owned real estate properties.

Decision Made in Accordance with Regulations

This decision was made in compliance with current regulations during the National Consultative Commission on Real Estate Operations meeting held on Monday, July 28, under the presidency of Minister of State Domains and Land Affairs, Wajdi Hedhili.

State Approves Acquisition of Real Estate for Ministry Projects

Furthermore, the state has approved the acquisition of real estate properties for projects led by the Ministries of Interior, Health, and Education, while also regularizing certain situations involving private property owners.
