Taxpayers with Unpaid Tax Debts Must Take Action by June 30, 2026
Taxpayers with unpaid tax debts to the state who wish to benefit from the tax amnesty provided by the 2026 Finance Law must take the necessary steps before June 30, 2026. In a reminder published by the General Directorate of Public Accounting and Recovery under the Ministry of Finance, individuals concerned are invited to contact the finance revenue offices to finalize their enrollment in the program. To take advantage of this measure, taxpayers can either pay the total amount due in one lump sum or set up a payment schedule. In the latter case, the full payment of the first installment must be made before June 30. The 2026 Tax Amnesty aims to allow taxpayers with unpaid debts to regularize their tax debts according to the conditions provided by current legislation.
