Social Amnesty Deadline Extended to April 4, 2025
The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) has announced that the deadline to adhere to the social amnesty measures has been extended to April 4, 2025. Initially set for March 31, 2025, the deadline has been postponed due to its coincidence with the Eid al-Fitr holidays.
This social amnesty stems from Government Decree No. 503 of 2024, published on October 24, 2024. It provides for the exemption of late payment penalties related to social security contributions and the work accident and occupational disease compensation system.
The CNSS is therefore inviting concerned employers and affiliates to regularize their situation before the new deadline of April 4, 2025, in order to benefit from these exceptional measures.
