Deloitte Tunisia and Dauphine Tunis University Sign Partnership Agreement for Innovative Master's Program

Deloitte Tunisia and Dauphine Tunis University have signed a partnership agreement to offer students holding a bachelor's degree or first-year master's degree or equivalent, a combined master's program that combines an academic curriculum with professional experience.

Amina Bouzguenda Zeghal, General Director of Dauphine Tunis, and Karim Koundi, General Director of Deloitte Tunisia, finalized the agreement during a signing ceremony on Tuesday at the campus.

This innovative formula, dubbed "Ujobs," will allow master's degree candidates to pursue their university curriculum at Dauphine Tunis starting from the 2024 academic year, while integrating into professional life at Deloitte in Tunis. This opportunity will provide students with solid expertise, both academic and practical.

Ujobs is part of an inclusive approach by both partners, aiming to facilitate access to an excellence program for deserving young students seeking funding to pursue their master's degree. Ujobs is fully funded by the company.

"This new program is a major and natural step, resulting from the close and successful historical collaboration between Deloitte in Tunisia and Dauphine Tunis University, which is based on our shared values of merit, inclusion, and excellence," explained Karim Koundi, General Director of Deloitte in Tunisia.

For Dauphine Tunis, the originator of the concept, Ujobs is an opportunity to create a synergy with companies in Tunisia and across the continent, generating employment through skills development and training of young people, ensuring their integration and mobility.

According to Amina Bouzguenda Zeghal, General Director of Dauphine Tunis, "Ujobs is a win-win concept for both the student and the company: for the student, it's the assurance of having their higher education funded with the obtention of a double Tunisian and French degree recognized internationally, while for the company, it's the guarantee of having an expert profile in their field, trained to excellence and directly operational by integrating the company culture from day one of the training."

The first promotion of "Ujobs" will be inaugurated next September, for the 2024-2025 academic year. Applications are already open on the University's website. The deadline for applications is July 19th.

The selection calendar will unfold as follows: the selection of profiles by Dauphine Tunis University will take place until July 22nd, followed by a series of interviews with Deloitte upon convocation.
