New Appointments to the Central Bank of Tunisia's Board of Directors
The President of the Republic has made new appointments to the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT), pursuant to Order No. 474 of 2025, dated December 12, 2025, and published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Tunisia (JORT).
- The term of Ghazi Boulila has been renewed for three years, effective September 13, 2025.
- Two new members, Reem Charfi, wife of Kallassi, and Mouldi Ziane, have been appointed for a three-year term, replacing Fatma Marai and Abdelmoumen Souih. These individuals bring their expertise in the banking and financial fields.
These appointments aim to strengthen the Board of Directors, which plays a key role in monetary policy, financial stability, and supervision of the banking sector.
